The online ticket sales for the 15th anniversary concert of the group 2NE1 in Seoul are now open.
YG Entertainment announced this news and revealed the main poster for the "2024 2NE1 CONCERT [WELCOME BACK] IN SEOUL," which will take place on October 5th and 6th at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul. The poster evokes nostalgia by featuring the group during their "UGLY" era, one of 2NE1's hit songs, stirring excitement among fans.
Unlike previous concerts, this event does not have a presale, allowing anyone to freely purchase tickets, which is expected to result in intense competition. The venue, Olympic Hall, has a capacity of approximately 3,000 seats, which has led to some playful comments among fans about the "underestimation" of the scale for the legendary K-pop girl group 2NE1, who are reuniting for a full concert after about 10 years and 6 months.
YG Entertainment stated, "To create a festival for everyone, both 2NE1 and the staff are putting in their utmost effort. We have named the standing sections 'BLACK' and 'JACK,' inspired by 2NE1's official fandom name, Blackjack. We hope this concert will be a special memory for fans."
Meanwhile, after the Seoul performances on October 5th and 6th, 2NE1 will continue their tour in Kobe World Hall in Japan at the end of November and at Tokyo's Ariake Arena in early December.
They plan to expand their global tour further into next year, offering more opportunities to connect with their fans around the world.
