YSL Beauty apologized for replying to a negative comment against TWICE's Sana.
On July 13th, YSL Beauty updated its official Instagram with pictures of Sana, who is the brand's Japan ambassador. In the post, Sana was seen visiting the 'YSL Loveshine Factory' pop-up event in Tokyo. However, the post soon got inundated with comments demanding an apology to Sana after YSL Beauty left a heart emoji to a comment basically saying BLACKPINK's Rose was better as the brand's ambassador.
Later on this day, YSL Beauty left an apology, explaining that the above comment was a mistake.
