TOMORROW X TOGETHER to Launch Official Characters on August 1 KST TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) will release their official characters for the first time on August 1 KST.
The members actively participated in the character development process, adding more significance to the project. The design of each character started from sketches drawn by the members themselves, and their opinions were reflected in not only the appearance but also the names, personalities, and preferences of the characters.
Earlier, silhouette teasers and short-form content with some of the character features were revealed. Behind-the-scenes teasers showcasing the production process were posted on the team's official YouTube channel on July 29 KST.
In the video, the members mentioned, "We made the characters in a way that reflects ourselves more." They added, "The characters liking hoodies or being shy are similar to us," and "We often hear from MOAs (the fandom name) that we resemble fennec foxes or ducks, and these traits were blended well into the design," raising anticipation.
The characters are expected to play the role of ‘the best friend who is always with MOAs anywhere, anytime,’ as hinted by the comment, “We hope they become like comfortable friends.” Starting with the character launch at midnight on August 1st, TOMORROW X TOGETHER plans to present various types of content and projects, providing an expanded fan experience.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER is currently on their Japan 4-dome tour ‘TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR IN JAPAN.’ After successfully completing performances at the Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome Osaka, they will continue the tour at the Vantelin Dome Nagoya on August 4-5 and the Mizuno PayPay Dome Fukuoka on September 14-15.
