Rapper Ch1tkey (21, real name Jeong Joon-Hyeok) has not stopped at the worst fake death hoax, but has continued with bizarre behavior. Despite being exposed and criticized for his fake death hoax on the 30th, Ch1tkey showed no remorse. On the same night, he continued to exhibit strange behavior, posting "Hello" on social media and sharing a photo of himself holding a saw.
In the early hours of the 31st, Ch1tkey escalated his behavior during a live broadcast on social media. He made aggressive remarks such as, "Even people who don't like hip-hop are suddenly watching all my stuff after seeing me on the news. If a bug enters your house, do you kill it or not? You kill it, right? If you stay still, I won't kill you, but if you come at me, I'll kill you. If there's a bug in the bathroom, don't you kill it? You people who haven't even listened to my music, stop slandering me and listen to my music first, you lowlifes."
Referring to the fake death hoax, he used the term "resurrection" and displayed a concerning mindset that suggests further impulsive actions. He stated, "I wasn't just trying to create hype with the hoax, but I was planning to release an album and resurrect myself. I was so smart that I even fooled my family, which is why the police, journalists, and news came. Damn."
Ch1tkey continued with more shocking statements, saying, "How did I resurrect? I made a pact with God. God told me that I'm the good one and the Korean people are the bad ones. Pretending to be moral while behaving like that online is wrong. God told me that what I'm doing is what he wanted."
He also made bizarre comments about hiding when the police arrived, saying, "I had a friend help me hide when the police came. I only got caught when I went out to the convenience store."
Furthermore, Ch1tkey made alarming comments about former South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun and North Korean leader Kim Il-Sung, referenced drugs, and even hinted at violence, sparking concern. He questioned, "Do people still believe that Roh Moo-Hyun is dead? Roh Moo-Hyun is probably alive. Michael Jackson is alive too."
He also claimed, "I'm going to change the Korean sentiment a lot, so follow me. Should I do it slowly or quickly? If you follow me, we can legalize marijuana. This idea for the hoax only took me three days to come up with. Actually, it didn't even take three days. I'll change it all at once. I'm in a situation where I can be arrogant, so I'm being arrogant. I fooled the entire nation into thinking I was dead, so what's stopping me from doing it again?"
Ch1tkey then shockingly added, "I'd rather carry a chainsaw around than get caught with a gun. I'm planning to use it later. I'm smart enough to avoid prison, and I plan to take down all my enemies. It would be wise to back down. I'm gentle, pure, evil, and I eat people. I look like a kid to others, but I had a big plan with this hoax. I'm planning to eat human flesh."
When asked in a comment if he had used VX nerve agent instead of marijuana, he responded with "No comment."
Ch1tkey continued his alarming statements, saying, "I'm a sociopath. I'm Kim Jong-Un. But of course, I'm above Kim Jong-Un. I think Kim Il-Sung is more impressive than Kim Jong-Il or Kim Jong-Un. He created Korea by splitting it in two, which I think is similar to me."
Proudly referring to the hoax as his own creation, he said, "I didn't collaborate with other rappers for this hoax. To really fool others, you have to fool yourself first. This was just a simulation. It would have been nice if the whole world knew, but I didn't reach that level of fame."
As criticism poured in, accusing him of wasting public resources and demanding reflection, Ch1tkey responded, "This isn't a waste of public resources. The journalists came to my house without verifying the facts. The world is strange, not me. The journalists are strange, and you guys are stupid. Did I waste public resources? I didn't break any laws, so why should I repent? You guys need to change. From now on, verify facts before publishing news. I’m smart, and I was just testing you all."
He further shocked by stating, "I'm going to make viral content with my life. People who never cared about me before."
Ch1tkey concluded with, "I haven't broken any laws. The police are doing forensics on my phone because of another case from a week ago. Just go your own way. In the end, you're not right. I'm not going to reflect. Go to hell. I want to turn on the camera and flip you off."
He added, "I wasn't doing this hoax to look cool. While other rappers were going on 'Show Me the Money,' I was trying to promote hip-hop through the media. It was fresh. But I didn't expect it to gain this much attention."
When asked if he comes from a wealthy family, he replied, "My father was successful in business in the Philippines. I'm not from a rich family from the start. My father runs a casino."
Ch1tkey concluded by saying, "I don't plan to succeed only through music. I have future plans, and my dad asked me to come to the Philippines, but before that, I wanted to do something creative. I'll be releasing music, so listen to it."
