KARA's Gyuri responded to rumors about her recent injuries.
As previously reported, Gyuri suffered facial injuries due to a "fall during her personal schedule," and some netizens began speculating she was the victim of domestic violence by a boyfriend. Others speculated she had actually just wanted to undergo cosmetic surgery. Her label Big Boss Entertainment then revealed they'd be taking legal action against the malicious comments.
Soon after, Gyuri allegedly responded to the rumors on Instagram, writing, "Do you really want to do this to someone who's hurt? I wonder how much karma will get them."
The KARA member also updated fans on her facial injuries and subsequent surgery, writing, "The surgery went well, my dear ones. Please don't worry too much. From now on, I'll focus carefully on recovering. I'll come back as soon as possible, healthy in body and mind, in good shape. I miss you all so much and love you dearly. Sincere thanks to everyone who worried about me. I hope you all stay healthy."
In other news, KARA is set to make a comeback with 'I DO I DO' on July 24 KST.
