On the 15th, BTS member Jin successfully completed his role as a torchbearer for the 2024 Paris Olympics. He shared several photos on Instagram with a brief caption, "Handsome," showcasing his participation.
The photos reveal Jin carrying the Olympic torch along Rue de Rivoli in France, surrounded by a large crowd and local police. He donned the official white uniform, catching the attention of many.
Jin received the Olympic flame from a preceding torchbearer who arrived on a bicycle. He then continued the torch relay from the Rue de Rivoli intersection to the Place du Carrousel. Jin handed the torch to Sandra Lora, a former freestyle skiing national champion of France, in front of the Louvre Museum's Pyramid. The event saw a massive turnout, with people gathered well before Jin's arrival, chanting his name and showing their support.
Notably, Jin was the first BTS member to complete his military service, meeting fans directly the day after his discharge through '2024 FESTA.' He continues to demonstrate his influence by participating in international events like the Paris Olympics torch relay.
