With the most recent news of national trot singer Jang Yoon Jeong and her husband Do Kyung Wan purchasing an AFER Hangang apartment with 12 billion won, AFTER Hangang has come to be a popular celebs’ choice.
Celebs who have purchased an AFER Hangang apartment include BTS’ j-hope, actors Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, Han Hyo Joo, Soo Ae, Ryu Deok Hwan and Jeon Su Rin, trot singer Jang Yoon Jeong and TV personality Do Kyung Wan, and soccer player Kim Ki Hee.
Located between the Han River and Yongsan Park, not only can both locations be viewed simultaneously from AFER Hangang, but the penthouse type also boasts a view of up to Namsan Tower.
Another feature is that the terrace can be designed as a home cafe, personal garden, or mini camping site depending on the residents' tastes.
Hongik University architecture professor Yoo Hyun Joon, who became popular through the variety show ‘The Dictionary of Useless Knowledge’, was in charge of the construction of AFER Hangang, designing it with the concept of the Acropolis of Athens.
The selling price of AFER Hangang’s regular units is approximately 6 billion won and the penthouse 12 billion won. The current sale price of regular units is reported to be approximately 9 to 10 billion won.
