On the 5th, ADOR announced on their official SNS, 'We have identified an increase in high-level malicious posts directed at NewJeans taking advantage of anonymity.'
They warned of strong legal action, stating, 'We are preparing for civil and criminal lawsuits, and we will not show leniency or settle under any circumstances.'
Netizens who wrote malicious posts on anonymous communities are also being sued. The agency stated, 'We will use all available means and methods to take legal action.'
They asked Bunnies (the fandom) to report related cases. 'If you find malicious posts, please actively report them to the ADOR legal response official account.'
Meanwhile, NewJeans released a new double single, 'How Sweet,' on the 24th of last month. They are set to debut in Japan on the 21st.
