Actor Hyun Bin has put up the luxury penthouse he purchased in 2020 for sale.
The penthouse, located in the Achiul neighborhood of Guri, Gyeonggi province, was purchased in 2020 at 4.8 billion KRW (~ $3.5 million USD). It's believed that the penthouse served as the honeymoon home of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin for the last 2 years. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a rooftop garden, and is 330㎡.
Now, 4 years after its purchase, Hyun Bin has put up the penthouse for sale at 7 billion KRW (~ $5.1 million USD). If the penthouse sells at the requested price, Hyun Bin will make 2.2 billion KRW.
Meanwhile, the top star couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin married in March of 2022. The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in November of the same year.
