On May 31 KST, Wake One Entertainment revealed that solo artist Kim Jae Hwan has decided to renew his exclusive contract with the label.

We would like to notify you that our artist Kim Jae Hwan has renewed his exclusive contract with Wake One, a decision made based on mutual trust and loyalty.
By successfully transitioning into a solo career after his activities as a member of Wanna One, one of K-Pop's representative boy groups, Kim Jae Hwan showcased his limitless spectrum as an artist. As Kim Jae Hwan's trustworthy partner during his journey thus far, Wake One has also achieved many feats alongside Kim Jae Hwan.
Empowered by the mutual respect shared between label and artist, Wake One promises to continue supporting Kim Jae Hwan so that he may continue to promote as a musician in all areas.
Furthermore, we would like to announce Kim Jae Hwan's military enlistment plans at this time.
Kim Jae Hwan, who applied for a position with the ROK Army music corps, recently received a passing notice from the Military Manpower Administration. His official enlistment is scheduled for July 1 KST. We ask that you send your warm words of encouragement so that Kim Jae Hwan may fulfill his duties to the nation diligently and return healthy.

As indicated above, Kim Jae Hwan will begin his mandatory military service duties on July 1 KST.
