Actress Chun Woo Hee took a moment to honor the memory of the late actor Lee Sun Gyun, who passed away last year.
On May 7, Chun Woo Hee graced the stage at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as the presenter of the Best Screenplay award in the film category during the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards ceremony.
After the nominees for the screenplay award were announced, Chun Woo Hee remarked, "I see glimpses of the late senior actor Lee Sun Gyun in two of the nominated works." She added, "The performances showcased by the senior actor in those works will forever linger in my heart."

The Baeksang Arts Awards is Korea's sole comprehensive arts ceremony, encompassing TV, film, and theater. This year's ceremony brought together professionals from the popular culture arts sector who have made notable contributions to TV, film, and theater over the past year.
The judging criteria for the Baeksang Arts Awards this year included content aired on terrestrial, cable, OTT, and web platforms between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024. Additionally, Korean feature films and theater performances released domestically during the same period were considered.
Prior to the nomination phase, a preliminary survey was conducted by 60 industry experts. Judges appointed by each category, based on recommendations from expert groups representing TV, film, and theater, rigorously evaluated entries to determine the nominees.
