On April 18 KST, singer Roy Kim mourned the loss of his close friend, Park Bo Ram, in an emotional Instagram post.
The singer wrote,
"During the spring days that felt more like summer
the world wept with you
these feelings are so much greater than sadness
so much so that the tears never came
so I went on living day to day like normal
and finally, on my way to see you
nothing felt real
and when I saw you, the tears still never came
the sun came up only after I bid you farewell
you must have found your way okay
I hope you won't feel so much pain where you are now
I hope you won't wear yourself out where you are now
when you're happiest
you wear that smile that is full of gratitude
please only wear that smile from now on
I'll be here, rigid as a rock
living each day just like it used to be
and when I come meet you there someday, I'll cry then."
Roy Kim, well-known for being a close friend of Park Bo Ram, bid the late singer farewell as a pallbearer at the funeral procession which took place on April 17 along with other 'Superstar K' alums Kang Seung Yoon and Parc Jae Jung.
Meanwhile, singer Park Bo Ram, born in 1994, passed away unexpectedly last week on the evening of April 11.
