According to News1 on April 9, SHINee is set to hold the encore concert 'SHINee World VI [Perfect Illumination]' in May, reconnecting with their fans.
Following the conclusion of their successful Asia tour with a solo concert in Hong Kong last month, SHINee has decided to hold an encore concert fueled by the enthusiastic support of their fans.
Notably, the encore concert will be even more meaningful as Onew, who had temporarily halted his activities due to health issues, will be joining the group.
Recently, the SHINee members have signed with different companies. Key and Minho renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment, while Onew moved to Griffin Entertainment, and Taemin transferred to Big Planet Made. Despite these changes, their commitment to perform together at the encore concert solidifies their intention to continue group activities in the future.
Since their debut in 2008, SHINee has released hits like 'Replay', 'Juliette', 'Ring Ding Dong', 'Lucifer', 'Dream Girl', 'Everybody', and 'Don't Call Me', earning widespread love for their exceptional skills and unique musical identity. Last year, they actively promoted their 8th full album 'Don’t Call Me'.
So glad Onew is coming back, he looks great and healthy in the few pictures that have appeared over the last year ♡
