According to a report by News1, citing sources from the real estate industry on April 10, Park's family corporation acquired a building in Amsa-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, in 2018 for 4.385 billion won. (approximately $3.37 million US dollars.)
Following an investment in construction costs, along with acquisition taxes and brokerage fees, the current market value of this building is said to be around 11 billion won.
The building's expected rental income is about 37 million won per month, translating to an annual yield of 4% based on the purchase price.
