BLACKPINK once again demonstrated their status as global superstars with their most recent milestone, thanks to the performance of all their members as soloists on Spotify.
On March 17, Rosé was praised by netizens through social networks after her solo hit "On The Ground" surpassed the 400 Million streams mark on Spotify, becoming her first song to do so.
The day after this celebration and without being left behind, Jisoo's "Flower" also surpassed the 400 million streams mark on Spotify, becoming not only her first song to do so but also marking a new milestone by becoming the fastest song by a Korean Female Soloist to reach this figure.
Although, to date, there have been many groups whose members have already launched as soloists with their respective profiles on Spotify, there is none that is currently even close to achieving what BLACKPINK has been able to establish, with all its members surpassing 400 million streams, with least one song. Now Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé are the only female soloists to have surpassed that mark, while BLACKPINK makes history as the "First K-pop group where all members have surpassed 400 Million streams on Spotify with at least one of their songs."
The members' songs that have currently achieved this milestone are: "Flower" by Jisoo (400 Million), "On The Ground" by Rosé (401 Million), "Lalisa" by Lisa (461 Million), "Solo" by Jennie (594 Million), Jennie's "One of The Girls" (625 Million), and Lisa's "Money" (1.1 Billion).
Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé have broken many records both as a group and individually, driven by their loyal fans and the affection of the public around the world.
Congratulations to BLACKPINK!
