its true he couldve sworn at the fan, but there couldve also been many other reasons he said that. could he, for example, hit his hand on accident? or maybe accidently messed up something behind the scenes? i think with such a vague curse word such as "fuck", it couldve been a different reason and it was just caught on camera.

of course, theres always the fact that maybe he was sighing and swearing at the person, but in that case theres no way he couldve been swearing at THE actual person unless they were acting shitty on fancall (which the person said they werent) so its likely he couldve just been swearing at the job he had to be doing at the moment, because its not like he made a targetted comment and said something like "what an asshole/bitch" or something like that. he just said fuck, which makes it seem like it wasnt the person themselves that was the problem just the job he was doing. (if my point is clear)

We could learn whether the recording was manipulated by hearing the full, unedited recording. However, the company cannot release a recording of the fan's voice without her consent. If she falsified any of the recording, she will certainly not give her consent, and thus the company cannot simply release the audio or video to the public.

On the other hand, the accuser is already in violation of the terms of the fancall, first by recording it and secondly by broadcasting it publicly. If she's already going against the rules, why not just release the whole recording?

It's not true that those of us are skeptical of the accuser's claims are all delusional supporters; I am not in that fandom and don't have any feelings about this idol. When anybody makes an accusation that could end someone's career, the burden is on the accuser to back up their claims. This skepticism of mine is reinforced by the reluctance of the accuser to release the full recording (see above).
