'Marry My Husband' continues to gain popularity and has set a new personal record.

According to Nielsen Korea, a television rating research institution, the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Marry My Husband' that aired the previous day recorded a nationwide paid basis viewer rating of 9.4%.

In episode 7, Kang Ji Won (played by Park Min Young) expressed to Yoo Ji Hyuk (played by Na In Woo) that she wants to obtain happiness in her second life on her own, through her own strength. Earlier, the two discovered that they had both returned to the past and were given a second chance at life. Thereafter, Kang Ji Won reveals her plans to have her husband Park Min Hwan (played by Lee Yi Kyung) marry her best friend Jung Soo Min (played by Song Ha Yoon), who had previously had an affair in their first life.

After Kang Ji Won expressed that she wanted to find happiness on her own, Yoo Ji Hyuk also realized that he had returned to the past after dying in a car accident. So, he decides to continue helping Kang Ji Won without revealing his true feelings for her. 

In the 8th episode, Kang Ji Won realizes that the company workshop event is the perfect chance to get her plan into action and it would be a time to change her destiny with her best friend Jung Soo Min.

In this episode, the company employees were given a treasure hunt game where they needed to find numbered flags for a chance to sleep in the camping car. Kang Ji Won was able to obtain the flag that had the number '1' on it which secured her place to sleep in the camping car while Jung Soo Min got the flag with the number '4.' 

Once Jung Soo Min realizes Kang Ji Won has the flag '1,' Jung Soo Min tries to grab the flag from Kang Ji Won. However, Kang Ji Won doesn't yield, and the two get into a physical fight.
