The bald comedian pictured is Kotōge Eiji, who is actually well-known by Japanese netizens for this variety segment below, where a mystery object is placed on his bald head for him to guess.

It looks like most Japanese netizens who came across this meme can no longer "unsee" the bald head in Karina's photo. The meme has since garnered 5.6 million views and 157,000 likes (as of writing), as well as other attempts to try and find the "bald headed person" in the picture.
