When you're traveling overseas for sightseeing, photo-ops for the SNS are a must!
In South Korea, one curious location has become a photo-op hotspot, particularly among Chinese SNS influencers, intriguing K-netizens.
The particular spot happens to be outside of the 'TAMBURINS' flagship store Sinsa in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The exterior of the store is decorated on multiple sides with massive photos of BLACKPINK's Jennie, a global ambassador for 'TAMBURINS' products.
As shown above, the 'TAMBURINS' flagship Sinsa has become of the trendiest photo-op spots for young tourists visiting Seoul!
K-netizens commented,
"That's Jennie's power..."
"Literally every time I walk by there, there are people taking photos."
"People actually line up just to take photos there."
"Are they all BLACKPINK fans??"
"But there are so many beautiful places to take photos in Korea TTTT."
"I see so many Chinese and Japanese tourists with huge cameras by that store."
"Jennie looks so pretty."
"You have to include the utility pole and the power lines to really get that SNS feeling."
"This is like when Koreans take random photos in front of vending machines in Japan kekekekeke."
"Global hot girl Jennie."
"'TAMBURINS' is just a store that Chinese and Japanese tourists go to in the first place."
"I always wondered why so many people took photos there, but they're all tourists!"
Will you be stopping by the same photo-op spot on your next visit to Korea?
I don't know or care who these influencers are and if they want to take a photo in front of a blown up photo of Jennie then 🤷
I'm more concerned about them impeding traffic as they stand in the street, influencers don't give a shit about anybody else, so long as they get their shots, which just makes me despise them that much more.
