Actor Lee Yi Kyung revealed he only lives in haunted houses.

On the January 6th episode of 'Hangout with Yoo', Lee Yi Kyung shared his criteria for finding a home with Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Jong Min as well as graduate student Seohyun. When asked if she had eaten, Seohyun shared, "I couldn't because I had to go look at a room quickly. I have to check the house when the sun is out. All the good rooms are taken really fast."

Lee Yi Kyung then responded, "They go like ghosts. Whenever I move homes, I always sign the contract if I see a ghost at the new place, and I make a lot of money. I signed the contract at my current home because I saw a ghost there. A female ghost was sitting there when I went to look at the place, so I said I'd sign the contract."

The actor continued, "When my realtor told me to look at more homes, I told them, 'This place feels good,'" adding, "When I move, I find that I've grown." Seohyun then asked him to come with her to see the next place.
