BOYNEXTDOOR's security detail had been under scrutiny following videos posted showing a fan being harshly shoved aside at an airport. HYBE has therefore been receiving criticism following the release of the video. 

It was also previously reported that the fan who was assaulted by BOYNEXTDOOR's security spoke out online. 

In response, Korean netizens shared their opinions on what they thought of the situation on a Korean online community. 

"It's just that the company is an asshole acting like that in the name of protecting someone else."

"This is using violence to protect idols."

"It's true that HYBE is an untouchable. Are they going to just blame this on bodyguard 1?"

"There are likely to be more victims. This is not the first time that HYBE Labels' security dogs have been in trouble."

"I watched the video for the first time and after violently pushing them away the security looked at them really quickly before just walking away, they really are thugs."

"There seems to be a lot of talk about HYBE due to the huge number of fans, including body searches at the fan site."

"What a crazy agency."

"Shouldn’t they report the injury to the police?"
