NewJeans recently played the role of mentors, offering their insights to legendary seniors in the music industry.

In a recent episode of 'Golden Girls,' the five members of NewJeans had an exciting encounter with the four members of Golden Girls: Insooni, Park Mi Kyung, Shin Hyo Beom, and Lee Eun Mi. This extraordinary collaboration was part of a variety program bearing the same title, created as a debut project for vocalists with a combined career spanning an astonishing 155 years, all under the guidance of none other than J.Y. Park.

During this memorable episode, NewJeans welcomed their revered 'sunbaenims' in the green room, sharing some contemporary pointers on trendy poses and gestures. Their repertoire included the art of 'intentionally looking in the wrong direction,' crafting a dazzling 'diamond (finger) heart,' adorning the head with an endearing 'puppy heart,' and creating a cute 'cat heart' with their hands.

When the Golden Girls requested NewJeans to devise a signature pose for them, Hyein suggested an elegant shimmer near the chest to capture a 'bling bling' golden effect. The veteran singers instantly fell in love with the idea and eagerly tried it out themselves.

However, when Danielle suggested a swift head turn to face the front, Shin Hyo Beom humorously quipped that such gestures were more suited for someone that looks like Danielle, adding that their necks and backs couldn't move that quickly due to being a bit "rusty"!

Golden Girls vowed to practice their new signature gesture created by Hyein as a team, ensuring that the legacy of their combined talents will live on.
