Yoo Ah In stands accused of abusing propofol 181 times and pushing a YouTuber to smoke marijuana.

According to reports on November 2, the details of Yoo Ah In's indictment have been revealed. The actor was previously formally indicted on 5 different charges, including the habitual illegal use of the drugs propofol, midazolam, ketamine, and remimazolam. 

Reports say Yoo Ah In was noted in the indictment to have used a total of 9.6 liters of medical grade propofol on 181 separate occasions at 14 different hospitals in the span of 2 years. The indictment also stated he used 567 milligrams of midazolam, 10.7 milliliters of ketamine, and 200 milligrams of remimazolam along with 1,150 sleeping pills acquired during 44 different transactions by using another person's name. 

Yoo Ah In is also accused of having getting others to use drugs in an attempt to hide his own drug use. After YouTuber 'A' witnessed Yoo Ah In's marijuana use, Yoo Ah In reportedly told 'A' to try smoking once, which the YouTuber turned down at first, and even told him to inhale the marijuana deeper when 'A' eventually gave in and pretended to smoke. It's speculated Yoo Ah In did this, so the YouTuber would be less likely to report him to police as he also had the drug in his system.

A senior judge in charge of warrants at the Seoul Central District Court stated there's circumstantial evidence that Yoo Ah In did recommend 'A' smoke marijuana, but there's room for dispute as to whether he taught 'A' how to smoke marijuana.
