G-Dragon revealed to have appeared for his police investigation with all hair on his body except his head removed

AKP STAFF

According to an affiliate of the Incheon Metropolitan Police Department on November 10 KST, musician G-Dragon (35, Kwon Ji Yong) is facing suspicion of concealing evidence of potential drug use.

Earlier this week on November 6, G-Dragon voluntarily reported in for a police investigation while facing suspicions of illegal drug use. During this investigation, the musician underwent a urine test, which returned negative. However, as urine tests are are not accurate measures for detecting past drug use, the police attempted to obtain hair follicle samples from G-Dragon's head and other parts of his body. The police faced a problem when they found that G-Dragon had removed all the hairs on his body, except for the hairs on his head.

It's said that G-Dragon told investigators, "I remove my body hairs regularly," denying that he underwent hair removal specifically for the investigation. The police ultimately sent hair follicle samples from G-Dragon's head, as well as fingernail clippings, to the forensic lab on November 7. The lab has yet to return the test results.

Drug tests using fingernail clippings can typically detect drug use which occurred 5~6 months prior to the sample collection, but they cannot determine in detail what types of drugs were used. Hair follicle samples from the head can also pose detection problems if an individual frequently dyes their hair.

The Drug Crime Investigation Division of the Incheon Metropolitan Police has currently broadened the scope of the investigation surrounding G-Dragon's drug use case, believing that they cannot rule out the possibility that G-Dragon underwent hair removal to conceal evidence of his drug use.

Back in 2019, singer/actor Park Yoochun similarly appeared for his first drug investigation after undergoing hair removal. Park then continued to deny accusations of drug use even after philopon was detected in his forensic tests, until ultimately, he was found guilty of illegal drug use.

Finally, the police will decide whether to summon G-Dragon for additional questioning and investigation after receiving his forensic lab test results.

This is amusing lol. At the end of the day, we don't know these people and how they get down in their personal lives. So any accusation is possible.

Well the pubic hair shaving is pretty common nowadays coz it makes a certain something look bigger lol. But I guess the question is the butt hair coz most guys don't get rid of it or are even aware of it. There is a line of hair in your butt crack before the booty hole to keep your cheeks from chaffing. Now the question is, Did GD get rid of that too? Did the police not consider taking from that part if there is no pubic hair in the front available? Not trying to suspect anything, I am genuinely curious. Coz I have read some forensics for a class research before and the butt hair is almost skipped.
