The immensely popular webtoon 'Yumi’s Cells' has earned much acclaim following its adaptation into a drama (starring Kim Go Eun as Yumi) and is now set to undergo a transformative journey from drama to musical.
Now, Studio N, a subsidiary of Naver Webtoon, and SEM Company are collaborating to bring 'Yumi’s Cells' to life as a musical. This adaptation shifts its focus from Yumi's narrative to the captivating world of cells, offering a fresh perspective and innovative storyline. The newly unveiled showcase poster vividly portrays the cells set against a vibrant pink backdrop, while a prominent question mark amidst Yumi's various cells hints at the exciting narrative possibilities from the viewpoint of these new characters.
The 'Yumi's Cells' musical showcase is scheduled to host an audience invitation event through Stage SEM on November 27-28.
