In the midst of more controversy surrounding the FIFTY FIFTY episode of 'Unanswered Questions,' a Dispatch report was released on November 15 KST. Dispatch has unveiled revealing group text messages sent by Keena to her fellow FIFTY FIFTY members and their families, shedding light on the behind-the-scenes dynamics of the group. 

Dispatch reported on the details of the 'anonymous informant' in the 'Unanswered Questions' episode that turned out to be a false informant relaying fictitious information. Dispatch then went into each of the false negative points the 'whistleblower' made against ATTRAKT with counterpoints with text messages as evidence. 

The report also went into detail about the latter points of how the lawsuit situation went down with Keena and the members. In the message dated September 4, Keena expresses her concerns about the unfolding situation. She discloses that the members had limited influence in the decision-making process, often deferring to the adults and discouraged from participating in negotiations with ATTRAKT.

Keena further reflects on the missed opportunities for early dialogue with ATTRAKT, suggesting that it may have been more advantageous to engage in negotiations sooner. She acknowledges the initial aspiration to champion the struggles of K-pop idols but questions the meaningfulness of their fight against widely accepted industry standards.

The text hints at internal discord among the members, revealing that they have never convened in person to discuss their legal battle. Keena expresses her intent to participate in upcoming negotiations while respecting the differing opinions within the group. She voices skepticism toward Ahn Sung Il and the lawyers, who she believes have disregarded the members' wishes and excluded them from proceedings.

Keena asserts the importance of their presence at every meeting, emphasizing that it is their dreams and lives at stake. She pledges their commitment to listening, voicing objections, and making informed decisions in the future. 

"It's the most regrettable thing. I should have talked to the company at least once... But a statement of facts was just unilaterally sent. I think it was very impolite. I suggested hearing out ATTRAKT's side during the mediation on August 9th, I suggested finding a point of agreement in court. However... it didn't go well," Keena's texts stated. 

The report concluded with Keena's sincere feelings towards her former FIFTY FIFTY members. "We've been together since we were trainees, and we've built up a lot of affection for each other... We were really good friends. I feel bad that we can't continue together until the end."
