MAMAMOO member Hwa Sa, who was accused of "obscenity during a performance," has been cleared of her charges.
On the 31st, the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office reviewed the investigation results, which concluded that the police had decided not to prosecute Hwa Sa for the charge of obscenity during a performance.
In May, Hwa Sa performed her solo song "Don't" at Sungkyunkwan University's festival during the filming of tvN's "Dance Singer Travel Group." During this performance, her actions generated controversy as they involved licking her fingers and wiping a specific part of her body with her tongue.
Subsequently, the Student Parents' Human Rights Association filed a complaint against Hwa Sa for obscenity during a performance.
Following the complaint, Hwa Sa, in her capacity as the accused, cooperated with the police in the investigation, providing information about the intent and context of her performance. On the 26th of last month, the police determined that it was difficult to recognize any criminal intent and decided not to prosecute Hwa Sa, clearing her of charges.

LOL. Is she a contortionist as well? No, she did not do that, if she had, they might have had a case, and there would have been considerably more uproar.
