Another video of G-Dragon, who was booked on allegations of drug use, is making headlines.
On October 25, it was reported that G-Dragon was booked without detention on suspicion of drug use. The Incheon Police Agency is currently investigating G-Dragon.
On this day, a post titled 'GD's Airport Video from 5 Months Ago' went viral on the online community Theqoo.
The video was captured on May 8 when G-Dragon was departing from Incheon International Airport to Los Angeles for Chanel's 2023/24 Cruise Show schedule. In the video, he was seen getting out of a vehicle under the bright sunlight, escorted by bodyguards. He was wearing a Chanel green tweed jacket and Chanel-logoed sunglasses.
However, G-Dragon's appearance seemed somewhat unusual. As soon as he got out of the car, he swayed and struggled to stand firm even after taking a few steps.
Even in the brief moment waiting at the pedestrian crossing, he moved his body restlessly and continued to stretch his arms, take off his beanie hat to scratch his head, and made other strange movements. Netizens stated his stretching seemed abnormal. He kept moving his hands incessantly as if feeling itchy repeatedly while walking through the airport.
G-Dragon kept putting on and taking off the beanie he was wearing and vigorously scratching his head. He also shook his head vigorously from side to side, with his bodyguards watching him, also looking uneasy.
This behavior didn't stop even after he entered the departure area. G-Dragon couldn't keep his body still for even a moment.
One netizen's comment left around August in response to this video captured attention. They said, "Seeing him unable to stay still, not knowing what to do with his body, it looks like he is also falling into a bad state, slowly..." Eventually, this comment became a focal point of discussion.
Netizens also talked about the time G-Dragon walked with weird head movements like a zombie:
Netizens responded, "Revisiting (to watch the video) lol," "Revisiting," "Wow, he really knows his drugs. He never stops moving, not even for a moment." "Revisiting...I hope there are many more positive things that happen in 2024," and "G-Drugon."
If I'm being completely honest, I just assume everyone does drugs at least casually in YG. No judgement from me.
