G-Dragon and actor Lee Sun Gyun have been officially banned from leaving Korea due to their drug investigations.
On October 27, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency's drug crime investigation team confirmed the two stars' travel bans were approved by the Ministry of Justice following police request. G-Dragon and Lee Sun Gyun will soon be undergoing drug tests to determine the type of drugs allegedly used and length of use, but reports say they've been booked on the charges of illegally using marijuana and psychotropics.
As previously reported, the police have already confiscated the phone of the head of the Gangnam adult entertainment business, where dealers and users allegedly made connections. The call records and messages will be used to confirm evidence against G-Dragon and Lee Sun Gyun as well as investigate additional suspects.
In related news, G-Dragon has released an official statement denying the allegations of illegal drug use.

Even Yoo Ah In didn't get a travel ban after the police and prosecutors tried their damnest to convince the judge on several occasions that he was a flight risk. Lol
.
Do y'all know what it takes or the hard-core evidence the police has to present a judge to get a travel ban on someone?? The guy must be doing something so serious that, the "weed" he has allegedly smoked will be the least of his worries.
.
He denies taking drugs..... but you know who else denied that too?? Park Yoon Chun and Yoo Ah In!!
Yoon chun actually had a press conference to vehemently deny doing drugs, until the results of the drug test came out. Then he decided to apologise for doing it.
.
I'm not saying that he's guilty. But we should all be open minded about the fact that we shouldn't be blinded by our admiration of the guy to dismiss the evidence before our eyes.
