According to Dispatch on September 13, Kim Hieora apologized to the alleged victims through a phone call, and she later met two of them to apologize in person. One alleged victim refused to meet with Kim Hieora and has not accepted an apology from the star.

Kim Hieora's label Gram Entertainment has responded to Dispatch's report, stating, "We have nothing to say further. As we already stated, we're preparing a legal response. We'll let you know when we're ready."
