It's been revealed that SM Entertainment has opened a new building in Seongsu-dong, in close proximity with the company's main "KWANGYA" office (located at D.Tower Seoul Forest), called 'SM Artist & Music Center'. 

Sources say that this second building will mainly be used by artists for practice and rehearsals, following some complaints SM Entertainment received last year that "loud footsteps" caused echoing noises throughout the main building, even on floors not occupied by SM Entertainment staff. 

Some netizens reacted with comments like, "Oh? The logo looks nice on the windows", "I've spent enough money to contribute about 4 bricks to that building lol", "Isn't the main building in Seongsu-dong huge? But they still didn't have enough space?", "A few bricks? I paid for at least one door to this building!", "I like the design of the windows", and more.
