On August 29 KST, an announcement regarding a scheduled recording for the Naver NOW. music show 'NPOP' relayed news of RIIZE member Seunghan's absence.
According to the announcement, RIIZE will proceed with their scheduled pre-recording for their debut stage on 'NPOP' on this day. However, member Seunghan will be absent, and the group will perform as 6-members.
An SM Entertainment representative has since stepped up to confirm the announcement as true. According to the rep, "Seunghan will be absent due to his poor health caused by body ache symptoms."
Earlier, alleged pre-debut photos of Seunghan and his suspected girlfriend went viral on SNS, causing a stir.

This whole "absent due to poor health" thing only fuels further specualtion which isn't good not only for Seunghan but for the group as well.
