AB6IX's former member, Lim Young Min, has announced his comeback after a three-year hiatus due to a drunk driving controversy.
Lim Young Min recently revealed teaser images, concept images, and the tracklist for his first EP titled 'Room,' which is set to be released on August 29.
This album contains a total of four songs, including "LET ME OUT," "IN MY ROOM", "BROKEN WINGS," and "AGAIN." Lim Young Min participated in the lyrics for all the songs.
Lim Youn Min gained recognition after appearing on the Mnet audition program 'Produce 101' Season 2 in 2017.
Unfortunately, his burgeoning career hit an unfortunate stumbling block in May 2020 when he faced a suspension of his driver's license due to a drunk driving incident. The police reported Lim Young Min was apprehended while driving under the influence of alcohol with friends.
As a result of this incident, he suspended all activities and left the group. He enlisted in the military in November 2020 and completed his service in May of the following year.
In January of this year, he created an Instagram account and hinted at his return, saying, "I deeply reflected on my actions, and I was able to come this far thanks to those who care about me." He expressed his desire to become a better person and greet his fans with courage.
Meanwhile, Lim Young Min's first EP, 'Room,' will be released on August 29.
Of course he is allowed to come back. He is a guy. They all eventually get a pass.
