VANNER's Ahxian announces stage name change

On July 1 KST, VANNER's Ahxian announced a change to his stage name ahead of the group's projected comeback.

VANNER's management agency KLAP Entertainment relayed, "As of July 1, member Ahxian's stage name has been changed to his given name, Sunggook. As the name change was made per the member's wishes, we ask for your love and support toward VANNER and Sunggook's future promotions."

As many Korean fans have expressed difficulty in arriving at Ahxian's profile on search engines, as the idol's name in Korean is more or less written the same way as the word "Asian", it seems that the VANNER member has decided to promote using his given name from now on.

Meanwhile, after winning 1st place on the JTBC competition program 'Peak Time', VANNER will be making a group comeback some time in August.
