Soyu, who follows a keto diet and is committed to staying fit, shared valuable insights on effectively using the step mill, a workout device often referred to as the "stairway to heaven." During the 30-minute session, she provided essential tips on performing aerobic exercises on an empty stomach.
Setting the level to 8, Soyu emphasized the significance of maintaining the correct posture while climbing the stairs. She demonstrated two ways: one involved standing upright while climbing, and the other required bending the upper body and exerting strength through the heels. Soyu emphasized the importance of avoiding reliance on armrests, instead encouraging viewers to straighten their backs and relax their shoulders during the workout.
Sweating profusely and climbing the stairs with great enthusiasm, Soyu explained that regular aerobic exercise is key to losing body fat effectively. She noted that even a 15-minute morning session can help reduce swelling significantly.
