Overall, the single just made its 15 weeks on the chart.

Jin's unrivaled success extends further as he is the first K-pop soloist to dominate the chart at number one for three consecutive weeks. He has a total of three songs debuting at the top spot on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.

Adding to his list of achievements, Jin's single, 'The Astronaut,' recently surpassed the milestone of 200,000 units sold in the United States, emerging as his fastest song to reach this milestone. His cumulative sales in the US alone have surpassed an impressive 1.5 million units across all of his songs. The success of Jin's solo songs was further demonstrated by his remarkable performance on the best-selling digital tracks chart of 2022, where 'The Astronaut' soared to the top 5, surpassing the sales of his own group. Remarkably, even in the face of fierce competition during its release week, 'The Astronaut' ascended to an outstanding position at number 51 on the Hot 100 chart, making it the highest-charting first appearance for a K-pop artist. 

Jin's solo debut not only set records but also made a significant impact on the Billboard chart, debuting with a phenomenal 62,000 sales. The single spent 5 weeks on the Global 200 Ex. US chart and 4 weeks on the Global 200 chart, solidifying its international popularity.
