K-pop idols often venture into the acting industry, successfully debuting as actors and actresses. 

Recently, former IZ*ONE member Kim Min Ju recently became the center of an online community discussion as many fans and K-netizens found it disappointing that they will not be able to see the former idol on stage frequently.

One netizen explained, "If she debuted with LE SSERAFIM, she would have been at the top beating out Wonyoung, Karina, and Sullyoon, so it's a shame. She can be an actress later on...why..."
