Korean media has reported that BTS member J-Hope has been honored with the Best Star Award at the 3rd Korea Children's Daesang Awards. This unique awards ceremony in Korea allows children to participate fully in the process, from recommending candidates to presenting the award to individuals or organisations that have significantly contributed to the advancement of children's rights.
Throughout the month of May, an impressive number of 30,000 children and teenagers cast their votes both online and offline to determine the winners. J-Hope, also known as Jung Hoseok, emerged as the chosen Best Star.
They took photos in front of a J-Hope cut-out as he is currently serving in the military.
Jung Hoseok, renowned for his consistent annual contributions to children-centric charities, was selected by the very children he seeks to support, cementing his remarkable recognition.
