Members of IVE recently made a heartwarming visit to a young fan, who is battling osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer.
On June 20, a few photos were shared on the official Instagram page of 'Make-A-Wish Korea,' capturing the touching moment when IVE members visited a 10-year-old patient named Yunji.
The organization stated that Yunji's heartfelt wish was fulfilled, as she has been an ardent fan of IVE and spent most of her time watching their videos while bravely fighting her illness. Despite using a wheelchair due to osteosarcoma, Yunji had an unforgettable experience on June 15, when she energetically showed off the choreography in front of IVE and also had the time to engage in conversations with the members about her hobby and favorite things.
Yunji's wish to come true has instilled in her the courage to continue to fight her illness and the hope to envision a brighter future. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Starship Entertainment and the members of IVE for playing a pivotal role in making her wish a reality.
Make-A-Wish is a non-profit organization operating in over 50 countries, dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of children with incurable diseases. In addition to IVE, notable celebrities such as Zico, Kai, and TWICE have also gone above and beyond to grant the wishes of children struggling with rare illnesses in Korea.
Meanwhile, IVE concluded their promotional activities for their first regular album, 'I've IVE,' on April 30, amassing an impressive collection of ten wins on various music shows throughout their active promotion period.
