After rising to the top as the best-selling K-Pop girl group of all time in first-week album sales last week, aespa have now officially wrapped up the full, first-week album sales count for their 3rd mini album, 'My World'.
According to SM Entertainment on May 15 KST, aespa's 'My World' has officially recorded a total of 1,698,784 copies in first-week sales based on the Hanteo chart count, from its initial release on May 8 through its seventh day of sales on May 14.
With this, aespa have now bested the record previously held by NCT 127 for the highest first-week sales of an album by an SM Entertainment artist in history. NCT 127's 4th full album, '2 Baddies', held a first-week sales record of 1,547,595 copies total.
