It was belatedly revealed that actor Nam Joo Hyuk personally met and talked with a former classmate who claimed that Nam Joo Hyuk had inflicted school violence on them.
On April 24, news media outlet Sports Khan reported exclusively, "Actor Nam Joo Hyuk had met with a schoolmate who accused him of school violence. The actor reportedly met with the alumni several times in person to discuss the allegation, but they were unable to come to an agreement due to their differing recollections.."
The media outlet continued, "They tried hard to have a conversation, but their memories were completely different, so the conversation couldn't continue smoothly."
Earlier, in June of last year, 'A' stated, "Nam Joo Hyuk always made me turn on my smartphone hotspot on purpose and took my smartphone without my permission to use it. When he got caught using the phone, he would hand in my phone instead of his. He used my phone more than I did during school."
In response, Nam Joo Hyuk's agency, Management Soop, said that the claim was "unfounded" and that it would take legal action.
Meanwhile, Nam Joo Hyuk recently entered the Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, where he is in charge of a platoon leader trainee. Upon completing his five weeks of basic military training, he will serve as a member of the military police force's task force.
Wow "bullying" covers everything from school violence all the way to unauthorized smartphone hotspot use.
