Actor Shim Hyung Tak (45) introduced his soon-to-be Japanese wife.

On April 3, Shim Hyung Tak introduced his 18-year-younger Japanese fiancée on TV CHOSUN's 'Chosun's Lover' and confessed that he used a translator app to communicate with her for the four years they dated.

Shim Hyung Tak expressed his love for his fiancée and displayed his affection for her, saying, "She's really pretty. She's my future wife."

During the interview, Shim Hyung Tak's fiancée revealed that she is Japanese and is 27-years-old, 18 years younger than the actor. The production team was curious about how the two were able to overcome the language barrier, and Shim Hyung Tak confessed that the two used a translation app.

Although Shim Hyung Tak's fiancée has improved her Korean, the two were seen still having difficulties communicating.

Meanwhile, Shim Hyung Tak will be tying the knot to his Japanese fiancée in July of this year.
