BTS member Kim Taehyung, aka V, just turned 27 years old, and fans celebrated "Taecember" in a meaningful way.

Taehyung is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside, and he has earned the reputation of being an exemplary guy with a genuinely compassionate heart that spreads love wherever he goes.

Taehyung's positive influence has spread all around the world, and fans are following in the footsteps of their role model. Taehyung's global fanbases have spent part of their birthday celebrations for him by participating in philanthropic projects to help those in need. 

More than 70 donations and charitable projects were organized by fans that helped vulnerable groups, including underprivileged children, animals in need of rescue, homeless people, elderly people, and more. 

• CHILDREN

More than 20 fanbases donated to charities focused on helping underprivileged children. Some of the charities were helped with education and gave scholarships to poor children, while others provided medical help to kids suffering from illnesses. A huge donation was also made to 'Save the Children Korea,' the world’s leading independent organization for children.

• ANIMALS

More than 20 fanbases donated to animal shelters and other non-profit organizations meant to help animals. Fans also adopted animals in zoos and provided financial care for them for an entire year. 

• MEDICAL, HOMELESS SHELTERS, and CLOTHING

More than 20 fanbases donated to non-profit organizations that provide clothing for the winter season to poor people, as well as homeless shelters. Others also donated to medical charities to help the sick. 

• ARTS, ENVIRONMENT and CHRISTMAS

More than 10 fanbases donated to non-profit organizations focused on promoting arts and culture and helping the environment. They also worked with other charities that helped give food and gifts to people during Christmas to improve their holidays. 

This isn't the first time Taehyung's fanbases have made donations for good causes, and it certainly won't be the last. Taehyung's immense positive influence will continue and inspire his fans to engage in worthy activities.
