DKZ's Jaechan came under fire for subscribing to a controversial YouTuber Sojang who spreads malicious rumors about idols. 

Sojang is a nefarious YouTube channel that has always been at the center of various controversies as it uploads videos about idols and celebrities that are primarily negative. In many cases, Sojang brings up different accusations and malicious rumors about celebrities without solid evidence and alleges that certain celebrities are bullies or are dating each other while providing little evidence. 

On December 17th, Jaechan was hosting a live stream on V Live and during the live stream, he showed his YouTube subscriptions. Fans then noticed he was subscribing to Sojang's channel and Jaechan explained this to his fans shortly after his stream. 

He explained, "I noticed a lot of repeated questions so I'm addressing it once and for all. I didn't know what type of channel it was and I wasn't even aware I was subscribed to that channel because I usually don't hit subscribe or like on YouTube when I watch videos. I realized I've subscribed to channels unbeknownst to me except for a few channels so now I've organized my subscriptions now. I apologize for acting carelessly and will be more cautious from now on." 

But many fans and netizens are skeptical about his explanation and are expressing disappointment in supporting Sojang because Sojang has been the source of many malicious rumors about his colleagues.
