Red Velvet member Seulgi's solo debut album wrapped up its first-day sales!

According to the data released by Hanteo, Seulgi's first mini-album, '28 Reasons,' recorded 134,682 copies sold on the first day of its release, setting a new record for the singer.

'28 Reasons' has become the 2022 album with the most copies sold on the first day by a K-Pop female solo artist. TWICE Nayeon's solo debut album 'IM NAYEON' previously held the record with over 123,000 first-day album sales.

Overall, '28 Reasons' is the fourth-best-selling album by a Korean female soloist in Hanteo history, just behind the albums of IU, BLACKPINK's Rosé, and Lisa.
