Former Spectrum member Dongkyu expressed anger at Spire Entertainment's CEO Kang Seong Hee following news of her assault against the OMEGA X members.
On October 24 KST, former Spectrum member Dongkyu took to his personal Instagram to express his anger at Spire Entertainment's CEO Kang Seong Hee following the news of her assault against the OMEGA X members. Dongkyu wrote, "You're the one who is the anti-fan. I won't write curses here because I already [cursed] a lot with my voice. You dared to [touch] my brother? How dare a person like you..." In his post, Dongkyu seemed to be responding to CEO Kang Seong Hee, who recently claimed in a phone interview that the video of her alleged assault had been filmed by an OMEGA X fan who had negative, anti-fan feelings toward the company.
Meanwhile, Dongkyu debuted and promoted with OMEGA X's Jaehan back in 2018, both as members of the group Spectrum. However, Spectrum unfortunately disbanded in July 2020 due to the pandemic.
Other acquaintances of the OMEGA X members have also come forward to express shock at Spire Entertainment's CEO Kang Seong Hee and her erratic behavior toward OMEGA X. This includes beauty guru and social media influencer Edward Avila, who previously collaborated with the OMEGA X members to film two different videos for his YouTube channel. After sharing his own experience of having "the weirdest feeling" about CEO Kang Seong Hee after she suddenly walked in on them filming, Edward Avila wrote, "I can't even imagine the amount of trauma being under the thumb of a crazy b*itch like this."
Thank god the Omega X members can go home, we know their family will be by their side because they pay for airplane tickets to go home. Though I'm worried that even if the members file lawsuit against company and that CEO, but I'm afraid the compensation because they against the contract will likely make the members have debts.
