PIXY to reorganize as 5-member group, introduces new member

Girl group PIXY has added a new member!

According to the group's agency, AllArt Entertainment on September 27, PIXY is set to re-organize as a five-member group, following the departure of the two members Ella and Satbyeol in August.

PIXY has introduced its newest member, Hwang Rinji, who is currently a trainee at AllArt Entertainment and will go under the stage name Rinji. According to the agency's statement, Rinji is set to make her debut in the group starting with PIXY's European next month. Only the name of the new member has been revealed.

We are excited to introduce to you Rinji Hwang, a trainee here at AllArt who will be debuting as 'Rinji' as PIXY re-organizes into a five-member group. Rinji will make her global debut starting with our European tour next month and in the US at Anime Weekend Atlanta.

We have many more projects and announcements to come for the following year, so please look forward to new music from PIXY and give Rinji a warm welcome.
