Time and again, Jimin has proven himself to be a force to reckon with as an individual artist, even without having made an official solo debut. All of the tracks he is involved in, be it in the track's creation or performance, have achieved tremendous success on music charts globally. Of note is that the success of his songs came about despite not having received any promotion, which makes his achievements that much more impressive and praiseworthy. This is also true, especially for the US music market, which ranks as the #1 music market globally by revenue and size [refer here]. Achieving big milestones in this music market by a non-US-based artist is extremely difficult, and so Jimin's exceptional performance on the market warrants every form of extolling to show the significance of his achievements. 

On September 3, Jimin added another accolade to his already long list of achievements when 'With You' surpassed 100k unit sales on the US music market. This became Jimin's 6th song to reach this mark.

As 'With You' is Jimin's first official project outside of BTS, this new milestone also makes it Jimin's first song as a solo act to sell over 100k units in the US.

Presently, Jimin is the only Korean artist to have 3 of his solo songs surpass 500k unit sales in the US and thus be eligible for RIAA Gold Certification, after Filter, Serendipity (Full Length Edition), and Lie all achieved this milestone as reported previously. 

'Intro: Serendipity' has surpassed 100k unit sales as well, and among sub-unit songs with just two members, Jimin's first ever self-written, composed, and produced song 'Friends' has also recorded over 100k unit sales, and so has 'Who.' His sub-unit song with more than two members, like 'Dis-ease,' have also surpassed 100k unit sales.
