We are already heading towards the last quarter of 2022, which means a new year is upon us -- time sure does fly by quickly. Thanks to k-pop and Korean Entertainment, it makes the quickly flying time even better with new great songs and content being released daily!

In 2023, groups that debuted in 2008 will face their fifteenth anniversary. 2022 was pretty epic, with legendary groups, such as Girls' Generation or KARA, celebrating their fifteenth anniversary. 2023 is also a celebratory year for several groups -- so let's prepare ourselves for a grand year, and let's take a look at which group will be celebrating their fifteenth anniversary!

Davichi (Debut February 22, 2008)

The power vocal (and sometimes comic) duo will celebrate their fifteenth anniversary! It's crazy to see how this duo was able to stick through thick and thin and they can still release quality music to this date. Congrats to Davichi!

2AM (Debut July 11, 2008)

The ballad quad will also be celebrating their fifteenth anniversary in 2023! Though they are all in different agencies now, they maintain good relations to this day, and they recently even released an album!

2PM (Debut September 4, 2008)

Of course, we can't forget 2AM's brother group 2PM, who also debuted in 2008. These beast idols made an impact on the k-pop scene with legendary performances, and fans have never been able to get enough of them!

SHINee (Debut May 25, 2008)

SM's little brother's idol group SHINee will also celebrate their fifteenth anniversary. While all the members are focusing on solo activities, they are still with SM Entertainment, and they continue to promote as a group for their fans - a considerable feat! 

2008 was definitely a pretty light year when it came to idol debuts (and we also have to have the conversation of if Davichi should be considered an idol), but these four groups have conquered through thick and thin it is crazy to say that none of these groups ever officially disbanded! It is definitely a lean list, but not mean at all.
