Jay Park halted a recent live performance after an audience member passed out.
On July 23 KST, the solo artist performed at Daegu Stadium as part of the 2022 Waterbomb Festival's Daegu stop. During his performance of the song "Solo," he waved his hand in the air to signal for the music to stop. He then pointed to one section of the crowd and said, "Did something happen over there? They're saying a person passed out over there."
As the performance halted, he continued to talk to the crowd, saying, "Everyone, if it's getting too much or you're getting dehydrated, ask for water. Let's take care of one another, okay? It's important to have fun, but if you have fun playing all day, this can happen without you realizing it. Take good care of each other." He then returned to the performance once the situation was taken care of.
The next day, Jay Park took to his Instagram to post a story about the show, writing, "Those who came out to Daegu Waterbomb looked a little tired, so I'm grateful you toughed it out to the end. Be healthy, happy, and go home safely. Also, I heard that fortunately the person who collapsed regained consciousness and has gotten better. Fighting!"
Meanwhile, other artists on the Daegu lineup included Jessi, Hyolyn, Simon Dominic, Loco, GRAY, BIBI, Colde, and more.
